FAQ's

You can place an order by:

1. On the Shop page, click on the product you wish to purchase on the Shop page

2. On the product page select the size, colour and quantity you would like and and click “Add To Cart”.

3. You will see a confirmation message that the item has been added to your cart. The shopping bag icon in the top right will change to show you how many items are in your cart.

4. You can then choose to “View Cart” or continue shopping. View your cart at any time by clicking “Cart” in the top menu or by clicking on the shopping bag icon in the top right corner.

5. Review the order in your cart and make any changes.
– You can increase or decrease the number of each product.
– To delete a product from your cart, put the quantity to zero or click the red “x” to the left of the product.
– You will also see your shipping options displayed on this page, and if choices are available you can choose your shipping option.
– The estimated delivery date is displayed next to each option.

6. When you are ready to check out, choose “Checkout” from the menu at the top, or “Proceed To Checkout” on the Cart page.

7. On the Checkout page, put in your delivery details and review your order again.
You can then choose to pay securely by debit or credit card, by direct bank transfer or by PayPal.

8. Click “Place Order”

9. You will receive confirmation that your order has been processed, yay!

If you choose direct bank transfer, instructions will be given on the next page.

If you are transferring funds into our account, please include your ORDER NUMBER as the payment reference.
Your order will be shipped when the funds have cleared in our account.

Your products are being produced just for you!

Once we receive your order and payment we start printing. It takes about 2-7 business days for the product to be made, then it’s sent out to you.

The average shipping time is 3 business days depending on the delivery destination.

You can see the estimated delivery time in your Cart page, where you can also choose your shipping options.

We’re doing our best to get your orders out on time, but during these unprecedented times delays can happen.

We work with production partners and shipping carriers who are seeing industry-wide disruptions because of the impacts of Covid-19.

100% of the profits will go to support Internally Displaced Persons within Myanmar and refugees along the Thai Burma border.

If your order is misprinted, damaged or defective you must let us know within 4 weeks after the product has been received.

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date.

Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
